EHOOME IOT is presently involved in various activities including manufacture of Telecom Devices, FTTH (OLT&ONT), CPE, Wi-Fi Access Point etc. Under Govt of India PLI (Production Linked Incentive Scheme).
About Factory
The factory is equipped with a clean room, SMT machine, quality lab, and an assembly conveyor for testing equipment.
Spread across a total work area of 50,000 Sqft, the factory boasts of two working SMT lines for production and two more are under procurement. There are 4 assembly lines and 2 MI lines which facilitate quick, hassle-free, and clean production capabilities. Our factory is capable of delivering 9 million components pcs per day at a speed of 0.08 seconds per chip. The packaging is also done through best-in-class and latest machines.
The production facility is established in the heart of India, New Delhi where state-of-the-art machines like ionizing air blowers, Automatic Screwing Machines, Press Welding Machine, Automatic laminator, Audio testing equipment, Automatic shrink-wrapping machine, and an MMI auto test system among others Rashmi Rare Earth Limited (RREL) has an unwavering commitment to safety across operations.
The factory follows strict quality control protocols, in which 3D X-ray, LCR system for FAI, Reliability Testing & Dust level control 10K grade are used. All machines used in the factory are from leading brands like Fuji, Panasonic, etc. which cater to our 5G requirements.
